Remedial massage techniques are used to treat musculoskeletal issues, such as strains and sports injuries. This helps to break up scar tissue, reduce tension, promote faster healing, increase blood flow and reduce inflammation. Deep tissue massage offers both physical and psychological benefits. Unlike other massage techniques that focus on relaxation, deep tissue massage helps to treat muscle pain and improve stiffness. But it can still help to you unwind mentally, too. 30mins - $60 1 hour - $110 1.5 hours - $150 (After 5pm bookings additional $10) *Please advise in booking if requesting a longer treatment time.
